Latest Work

We’re delighted to share a glimpse of work in progress for the latest projects in the studio. Recent work includes interpretive planning, exhibit development, and project management.

Children’s Discovery Museum of Central Maine

We’re consulting on exhibit development and production planning for this 30-year-old children’s museum’s new location in Waterville, Maine. All-new exhibits will celebrate exploration and experimentation through play. We’re working with the exhibit and graphic designer to shape exhibit experiences, write content, and guide the planning process.

New Bayfront Park & Education Center

We consulted on development of an interpretive master plan for a proposed public park that will transform a long-vacant lot along San Francisco Bay. The project vision includes restored tidal marsh and oak woodland habitat that will support native plants, insects, birds, and aquatic life and demonstrate resilience to sea level rise. Planned park amenities will include paths and boardwalks for cycling, walking, running, and viewing the Bay and wildlife; water access for wind- and kite-surfing, fishing, and kayaking; and engaging exhibits that connect park visitors to the dynamic living shoreline of San Francisco Bay.

Vaccines & US

This Smithsonian-led initiative brought together museums, libraries, and cultural institutions across the country to bolster the national effort to provide Americans with accessible, trustworthy information about vaccines. The initiative shares resources that the public and local cultural organizations can use to help their communities make informed decisions about COVID-19 vaccination.

We collaborated on partner outreach and content research with the Smithsonian Institution team and a consortium of ten museums, science centers, and medical research organizations who contributed content and guided the project.
